This first step creates a focused request. A Project is a separate decision.

The Brief gives you a clear picture of the current condition, the priority change, the people and tools already involved, and the questions that need answers before work begins.
The Composer creates an email-ready request for a Brief conversation. A completed paid Brief begins after its scope is agreed.

When you choose to send the request, Obra can review the fit, clarify what is still needed, and decide with you whether a paid Brief is useful.
